Night of the Ushpiza of Aharon HaKohen — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv at around 8:30 in his holy home.

Due to the heavy rains, the Rebbe shlit"a held his pure table in honor of the Ushpiza privately, in the sukkah of his holy home, where only a few close followers and grandchildren joined the seudah.
At around 10:00, when the rain let up, the Rebbe shlit"a recited the Ushpizin service and then washed for the Yom Tov seudah. The Rebbe made the blessing of leishev basukkah and, Baruch Hashem, was able to eat the entire Yom Tov seudah.
Birkas Hamazon: led by HaRav R' Yoshe Mendlowitz.

At around 10:45 the Rebbe entered for the zemiros, divrei Torah, and the gathering of the great Simchas Beis HaShoeva in the main beis medrash, in the presence of thousands of Jews.
Upon entering, the Rebbe danced in his place for several minutes, and during the tish the singers sang melodies in honor of Yom Tov and the Simchas Beis HaShoeva.

During the zemiros the Rebbe honored:
HaGaon R' Meshulam Nosson Spiegel shlit"a, Av Beis Din of Tefilla L'Moshe, Kolashin, Monsey.
HaRav HaTzaddik R' Zalman Yuda Kohn shlit"a, one of the rabbonim of our kehilla in Beit Shemesh.
HaGaon Rabbi Eliezer Mordechai Sofer shlit"a, rav of our kehilla in Linden.

The Rebbe shlit"a spoke words of Torah on the verse "You shall dwell in sukkos for seven days": the mitzvah of sukkah is a remembrance of the Clouds of Glory, which came in the merit of Aharon HaKohen. He also discussed how the sukkah imparts knowledge, and that the proper preparation for Simchas Torah is through Torah study. He urged the people to make use of the holy days and engage in Torah on the night of Simchas Torah before Hakafos.

After the Shulchan Orech, at around 11:45, thousands of men joined in mitzvah dancing in honor of Simchas Beis HaShoeva. The Rebbe sat on the bimah and watched with joy. The Rebbe left the beis medrash at around 12:30.
