Sunday, Parshas Nitzavim, First Selichos 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 5:20 in the morning, the Rebbe shlit"a entered for the recital of Selichos in the Beis Medrash HaGadol.
The Beis Medrash HaGadol, with all its sanctuaries and corridors, was filled to capacity.
The Rebbe shlit"a led the davening before the amud with great fervor, wrapped in the tallis and wearing the kapel of the Divrei Yoel zt"l, from the treasury of R' Avrohom Moshe Falkowitz, and recited the Selichos of the Divrei Yoel zt"l. They finished at around 6:25, and the Rebbe returned to his holy home.

In the morning, before Shacharis, a bris took place for the newborn son of R' Chaim Falkowitz, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a came in to Shacharis in the Beis Medrash HaGadol. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Yaakov Shalom HaKohen Trager.
The bochur Yoel Friedrich.
The bochur Moshe Mattisyahu Mertz.
After davening, the Rebbe blew shofar, and afterwards a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

Hours for entering for private audiences ran from 5:45 in the afternoon until 11:30 at night, in the Rebbe's holy home on Ohel Court.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Mincha at around 7:40 and Maariv at around 10:45 in his holy home, and then continued receiving the public.
