Report
Although several days have already passed since the exalted Yom Tov of 21 Kislev, the day of salvation of the holy Rebbe, the Baal Divrei Yoel zy"a, it is still impossible to express the uplifted feelings of the thousands of Satmar chassidim who merited to take part in the central "Seudas Hoda'ah" in the shadow of the holiness of our leader and teacher in holiness, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a. This year, due to the situation, it took place in the great and holy beis medrash that was built with the pure heart's blood of the Baal HaNes zy"a.

It had a different meaning for thousands of the participants, because on this very place, on this day of 21 Kislev, they cried out "Whoever is for Hashem, come to me" and fulfilled "and He separated us from the astray," during the years of 5700s (the 1960s-70s), when, sadly, because of our many sins, wicked, murderous and cruel people surrounded the holy Rebbe, the Baal Divrei Yoel zy"a, and in those years did not allow his great son, his beloved and dear one, to come to his father (and the Rebbe could not take part in the great gathering of 21 Kislev). This great Yom Tov was held in the great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel, where thousands of Jews from Kiryas Joel, Williamsburg, Boro Park, Monsey, and the surrounding areas came to take part in the Seudas Hoda'ah and proclaimed: "Blessed is He who has separated us from the astray and given us the Torah of truth."
These were the feelings that surfaced this year when, due to the situation, the great day was held in the great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel.
Yes, we cry out: "Fortunate are we that we have such a Rebbe" — "Blessed is He who has separated us from the astray."
