HaGaon HaTzaddik R' Yisroel Chaim Menashe Friedman zt"l, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of our holy kehilla for many years and the rebbi of the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, at the gathering for the Rebbe's coronation as Av Beis Din of Kiryas Joel, with awe-inspiring words in praise of the Rebbe!!

"I know the new Rav from his youth. He learned with me for many years, I can say most of the years. I hope he is not ashamed of me. From his youth he was exceedingly G-d-fearing, and he grew into a 'gadol baTorah' as all of you know. 'The truth is a lamp to his feet, just like his holy forefathers.'"

May his memory be a blessing.
