Now, at the seudas hoda'ah on 21 Kislev together with the talmidim of our holy yeshivos in Williamsburg, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a stopped the dancing because of the passing of his rebbi, HaGaon HaTzaddik R' Yisroel Chaim Menashe Friedman zt"l, dayan of our holy kehilla in Williamsburg. The Rebbe recalled an incident involving his uncle, the Divrei Yoel zy"a, in camp on Parshas Re'eh, when the Belzer Rebbe zy"a passed away and he instructed that there should be no singing.

Later, the Rebbe shlit"a will participate in the levaya of his rebbi zt"l.
