Last night, Motzei Shabbos, at the dinner for the benefit of our holy institutions in Kiryas Joel, with its more than 10,000 children, bli ayin hara, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a delivered, in words of Torah, powerful words of guidance to the chassidim, residents of Kiryas Joel. First the Rebbe spoke about the expansion of the boundaries of holiness in Kiryas Joel and praised the generous donors among the residents of Kiryas Joel. In the Rebbe's words, in lashon kodesh: "..One can say with confidence that in the entire world there are no such distinguished philanthropists who give with a cheerful countenance such large sums to be able to build such magnificent large buildings.."
He then turned to the neighborhoods being built in Kiryas Joel, in fulfillment of the holy will of the founder of the town, the holy Rebbe zy"a, and stated that in this year of 5781, several hundred families from "outside Kiryas Joel" will be added to Kiryas Joel, moving out of the filthy streets, which means another thousand children, bli ayin hara, in the institutions, may they continue to multiply.

Afterwards the Rebbe spoke at length with words of guidance, particularly about the vessels that were brought in and the homes in the days of the epidemic, which must be cleansed from the houses, and about breaches in modesty among women, particularly the new modern fashion of wearing gowns at weddings. He then concluded with his holy blessings for the residents of Kiryas Joel, and strong blessings for a complete recovery for all the sick of Israel,
