Wednesday, Parshas Naso — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, the brissim took place.
For the son born to R' Avrohom Simcha Feldman and the son born to R' Yosef Meir Saul, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Divrei Yoel Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Shlomo Elazar Spielman.

After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 12, verse 1. Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Divrei Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
R' Yoel Wagschal - R' Chaim Parkash, at Kinor Dovid hall.
HaRav R' Mendel Weiss shlit"a - R' Yoel Berel Feierberger, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.
R' Moshe Montag, R' Yehoshua Elazar Klein, at Keren V'Yoel Moshe hall.

After the chuppos, at 8:20, the Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the new beis medrash of our holy kehilla in the Va'Yoel Moshe neighborhood, "Beis Menachem Zev," donated by the generous heart of the distinguished philanthropist R' Akiva Hersh Klein, on the occasion of the dedication ceremony and the affixing of the mezuzah, and the appointment of the Rebbe's grandson HaRav R' Zalman Teitelbaum shlit"a, son-in-law of HaGaon HaTzaddik, Rav of the Even Tzedek beis medrash shlit"a, as Rav of the beis medrash.

The Rebbe looked around the beis medrash and affixed a mezuzah on the main entrance, and then davened Mincha. After Mincha, the Rebbe toured the magnificent mikvah, which is in its final phases and will be ready in the coming weeks.

Afterwards, a lechayim gathering took place with the participation of distinguished elders and the father-in-law of the Rav of the beis medrash, the grandfather HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of Nepolimetz shlit"a, the leaders and administration of our holy kehilla, and the residents of the neighborhood. Joyous melodies were sung. Speaking on behalf of our holy kehilla was HaRav HaChassid R' Dovid Eckstein, the Rosh HaKahal, and on behalf of the residents of the neighborhood, the distinguished philanthropist R' Meir Yaakov Indig, builder of the neighborhood, the grandfather HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of Nepolimetz shlit"a, and the Rav of the beis medrash HaGaon R' Zalman Teitelbaum shlit"a.

The Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave blessings to the Rav of the beis medrash and to the entire assembly, and especially to the donor of the beis medrash R' Akiva Hersh and his partner R' Meir Yaakov.
The Rebbe delivered words of Torah on the verse "KohSevarchu es Bnei Yisroel" ("So shall you bless the Children of Israel"): Just as when Hashem gave the Torah, He gave it to all of Klal Yisroel, so too a rav must know that when he is accepted to lead a beis medrash, he must deal with all types of Jews, talmidei chachamim and baalei batim, each in his own way. The Rebbe expressed the great joy that this is for Kiryas Joel in general and for the residents of the Va'Yoel Moshe neighborhood in particular, with the opening of a new beis medrash. He spoke in praise of the esteemed Rav and wished him success in leading the beis medrash as befits a Satmar beis medrash "in the Va'Yoel Moshe neighborhood in Kiryas Joel," in accordance with the directive of the holy Rebbe zy"a, as the neighborhood and the town are in his name and memory. He also mentioned in praise the esteemed donor of the beis medrash, HaRav HaChassid R' Akiva Hersh, who donated the beis medrash in memory of his father-in-law HaRav HaChassid R' Menachem Zev Hirsch z"l, one of the veteran residents of Kiryas Joel, and who continues to extend his hand in building the large and magnificent central beis medrash of the Va'Yoel Moshe neighborhood. He concluded with very warm words of blessing for the entire assembly. The event concluded at around 9:50.

Afterwards, there was yechidus (entry to the Rebbe) until 1:30 at night.

During the yechidus, a group of young men, talmidim of Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok, entered the kodesh penimah on a mission from their Rebbe, the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe shlit"a, to take leave and receive a blessing from the Rebbe on the occasion of the opening of the beis medrash in Kiryas Joel.

Later, HaRav HaChassid R' Yoel Vogel, one of the leading askanim of our holy kehilla in Antwerp, brought over the Sefer Torah that is being written by members of our holy kehilla in Antwerp. The Rebbe wrote in several letters, drank a lechayim, and bestowed from his holy blessing.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:45 in his holy home at Ohel Street, and then continued to receive the public.
