Monday, Parshas Bamidbar — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, the bris was held for the newborn son of R' Yisroel Meir Feldman, at the home of his father-in-law, HaRav R' Benzion Klein, where the Rebbe was sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal of the Yeshiva Gedolah, Shiur Dalet. Upon arriving at the yeshiva, the Rebbe entered the beis medrash, where he looked on with nachas at the shiur of the rosh yeshiva, HaGaon Rabbi Aryeh Dov Kornbluh shlit"a. Before davening, the Rebbe lit 5 candles in honor of the yahrzeit of the holy Rebbe R' Meirel of Premishlan zy"a. During the Torah reading, the Rebbe was given the aliyah of Shlishi.

After davening, a lechayim celebration was held in honor of the yahrzeit. The Rebbe drank lechayim and gave blessings to the roshei yeshiva and to all the bochurim. Several niggunim were sung, and the Rebbe delivered words of chizuk to the bochurim and warmly blessed all the bochurim with shidduchim speedily. Afterwards, the Rebbe spoke about the Baal HaHilula, the holy Rebbe R' Meirel Premishlaner zy"a, and about the situation in Premishlan, Ukraine. The Rebbe praised the activities of HaGaon R' Yisroel Hersh Reich shlit"a, a maggid shiur of the yeshiva, who heads the hachnasas orchim in the city of Premishlan, and warmly blessed that the situation should calm down and that he should soon be able to continue his work in Premishlan for the benefit of the klal.

In the evening at around 8:30, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home on Ohel Court. Afterwards, there were times of entry to the Rebbe's room until 12:00 after midnight.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at the tenaim ceremony in his holy home for the mechutanim R' Yisroel Shalom Pollack - R' Avrohom Shmuel Brach.

The Rebbe davened Maariv at around 12:00 and afterwards approached the amud for Sefiras HaOmer.
