Sunday, Parshas Acharei, Isru Chag Pesach — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the main beis medrash. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for the bar mitzvah bochurim.

After davening, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the hall of the beis medrash.
After davening, the Rebbe visited the whiskey distillery of R' Shlomo Wertzberger. The Rebbe looked over the fresh production of whiskey being made after Pesach, and bestowed his holy blessing.
In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a paid a visit to the beis medrash of our holy kehilla, 'Shchunas Quickway Hill,' in the Kiryas Joel area, on the occasion of the expansion of the holy boundaries, with the beautiful renovation of the beis medrash in honor of Yom Tov Pesach. And from strength to strength, construction has begun on the premises of a new, magnificent mikvah that will serve all the residents of the neighborhood for Torah, for tefillah, and for purity.
The Rebbe shlit"a looked over the entire beis medrash and then davened Mincha in the beis medrash. Afterward, a lechayim gathering was held in honor of the expansion of the boundaries. R' Dovid Eckstein, president of our holy kehilla, spoke. The Rebbe shlit"a drank lechayim and warmly bestowed his holy blessings upon all the askanim and residents of the neighborhood, and especially upon the donor of the land for the magnificent beis medrash, R' Yehuda Zev Klein, a member of the neighborhoods' committee board. The Rebbe then delivered holy words, and among other things emphasized the importance and responsibility of the first residents in a new area, who in practice set the standard of dignity and integrity of the neighborhood, and spoke in praise of the askanim.
After looking over the site where the magnificent mikvah will be built, the Rebbe davened Maariv in the beis medrash and approached the amud for Sefiras HaOmer.
Later, there was yechidus from 9:30 until 12:00 at night in his holy home on Ohel Court.
