The night of Yom Tov (second day), 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At the time, the Rebbe entered the beis medrash for Maariv. HaGaon Rabbi Elazar Mendel Filaff (of Williamsburg) davened before the amud. After davening, the Rebbe went up to the Aron Kodesh and wished the entire congregation a good Yom Tov. Afterwards he went to the mikvah.

At around 11:00 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for the Seder. As he did the first time, so he did the second time, and the Rebbe conducted the holy service. During the Seder the Rebbe said Torah 12 times. At around 1:45 the Rebbe recited the Leshem Yichud with fervor and ate the Afikomen with fiery enthusiasm. The Afikomen was "stolen" by the faithful "house bochur," the bochur Dov Alter Baruch Gefen.

At Shfoch Chamascha the door was opened, and they continued with the recital of Hallel and the piyutim. They finished at around 3:30.

After the Seder the Rebbe went over to the main beis medrash and approached the amud to count the first Sefirah with flames of holy fire. He then continued the Seder with Shalach"t in Polish, where Echad Mi Yodea and Chad Gadya were sung, and they then continued with melodies in honor of Yom Tov. The Rebbe shlit"a said Torah on the text of the piyut "Podeh K'halacha Tzadikav Yomru Lo," explaining that even Pharaoh was commanded to enslave the Jews, yet he was punished because mitzvos require intent, and he surely did not intend to fulfill Hashem's command. They finished at 4:10.
