Wednesday, Parshas Tahara — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Moshe Eliyahu Wertzberger took place in our magnificent beis medrash 'Ohel Feiga,' where the Rebbe served as sandek.
After the bris, the Rebbe shlit"a walked through the entire beis medrash accompanied by the beis medrash administration. The Rebbe looked over the magnificent new wing that was added to the beis medrash, and heard a report on the further plans, and on the construction work to double the size of and completely rebuild the magnificent mikvah.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Talmud Torah building on Rotzfert Street together with the talmidim of the 9th grade of the Mechina L'Yeshiva, on the occasion of the simcha of the first laying of tefillin of his grandson, the son of his son-in-law HaGaon Rabbi Chaim Dov"n, Rav of the beis medrash, Rabbi Baruch Moshe shlit"a. Before davening the Rebbe laid tefillin for his grandson, the bar mitzvah boy Naftali Elimelech Teitelbaum.
The Rebbe also laid tefillin for the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Naftali Hirtzka Brach.
The bochur Yoel Lev.
Afterwards the Rebbe wound up the tefillin straps for his grandson, the bar mitzvah boy.

Then the Rebbe lit 5 candles and went to the amud and recited Kaddish, on the occasion of the yahrzeit of the Bobbe, the Rebbetzin, the righteous Bracha Sima a"h, Rebbetzin of the Atzei Chaim zt"l's. After davening the Nasi was read, and the Rebbe shlit"a recited the Yehi Ratzon as is customary.

Afterwards a lechayim gathering took place. Several songs were sung, and one of the bochurim of the Talmud Torah sang rhymes in honor of the simcha. The Rebbe drank lechayim and wished blessings to the bar mitzvah boy and to all the bochurim. Then the bar mitzvah boy recited his pshetl and it was sung in, after which the Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words and guidance.

After the lechayim the Rebbe went up to the hall of the yeshiva ketana branch 'Hashiv Moshe,' under the direction of HaGaon Rabbi Shimon Avrohom Roth shlit"a, which is located on the top floor of the Talmud Torah building. The Rebbe looked on with nachas at the learning, which continues by the Rebbe's directive until the 7th of Nissan.

In the afternoon at 6:30 the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home on Zanz St. The Rebbe went to the amud on the occasion of the yahrzeit of the Bobbe, the Rebbetzin a"h.

In the evening the Rebbe officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
R' Yosef Moshe Unger (Monsey) - HaGaon Rabbi Avigdor Herskowitz shlit"a (Kiryas Joel), at Kinor David hall.
R' Dovid Yuda Goldberger - R' Moshe Hersh Braun, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

At night there were times for entering the Rebbe's holy chamber from 8:00 until 11:45.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at the tenaim celebrations in his holy home for the following mechutanim:
R' Avrohom Yitzchak Mashkowitz (Williamsburg) - R' Levi Yitzchak Landau.
R' Hershel Herskowitz - R' Shaul Brach.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv at around 11:45 in his holy home on Uhel St.
