Sunday, Parshas Tazria, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

This morning, before Shacharis, the brisos took place.
For the son born to R' Shlomo Chaim Kohn, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For the son born to R' Yoel Reuven Levy, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For the son born to R' Yoel Weiss, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For the son born to R' Alexander Yaakov Greenwald, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal of the Mesivta, Kedushas Yoel branch. Before davening, the Rebbe put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
the bochur Tuvi Brach.
the bochur Dovid Shlomo Berger.
the bochur Yehoshua Pinchas Schonfeld.
the bochur Moshe Mertz.

After davening, the Rebbe recited the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 10, verse 2.

Afterwards, HaGaon HaTzaddik R' Kalman Halberstam shlit"a, director of the yeshiva and Av Beis Din of Zanz in Kiryas Joel, came in to the Rebbe together with the askanim for the Hachnasas Sefer Torah that will be brought into the yeshiva this coming Thursday, IY"H, by the yeshiva's talmidim. He showed the Rebbe that the Sefer Torah was written per the Rebbe shlit"a's directive, with all the details and corrections that the Rebbe pointed out at the start of the writing, in all its particulars and finer points. The Rebbe bestowed from his holy blessings upon the director shlit"a and the askanim. Afterwards, a lechayim took place with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.


Before noon, at around 2:00, the Rebbe shlit"a came into the Heichal of the Mesivta, Kedushas Yoel branch, where the Rebbe delivered the third sugya shiur on the topic of 'mitzvos require kavanah,' in preparation for the Shabbos HaGadol derasha. It concluded at around 2:45.

In the afternoon, at 6:15, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

At around 7:45 the Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the Hachnasas Sefer Torah that was brought into Yeshiva Gedolah Shiur Daled by HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Rosenfeld shlit"a, one of the roshei yeshiva. The Rebbe carried the Sefer Torah into the Heichal of the beis medrash and danced with great enthusiasm for an extended time. He then honored the roshei yeshiva, the benefactor HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov shlit"a and HaGaon Rabbi Aryeh Dov Kornbluh shlit"a, to dance with the Torah. The Rebbe then recited "L'Dovid Mizmor" with great inspiration. Afterwards a lechayim gathering took place, where the Rebbe drank lechayim and warmly blessed the esteemed benefactor, his whole family and all the bochurim. In his brief words of Torah, the Rebbe spoke about the joy when one begins writing a Sefer Torah and the joy when one completes writing a Sefer Torah, and the influences that descend at a Hachnasas Sefer Torah. He concluded with words of blessing for HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov shlit"a, and wished the bochurim that they merit "You have constrained me behind and before," to connect the end of the Torah with its beginning, and that they merit to find their shidduchim speedily.

In the evening, the times for entering the inner sanctum were from 8:15 until 12:00. At around 10:20 the Rebbe davened Maariv and then continued receiving the public.
