Wednesday, Parshas Shemini — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, 'Snif V'Yoel Moshe'. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yoel Moizkoff. Afterwards, the Rebbe lit 5 candles in honor of the yahrzeit of his father-in-law, the Admor, the Baal Yeshuos Moshe of Vizhnitz zt"l.

After davening, the Rebbe delivered the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 10, verse 1. Afterwards, a lechayim was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.

At 1:40 in the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Heichal HaMesivta, Snif Kedushas Yoel, where the Rebbe delivered the first sugya shiur on the sugya of 'Mitzvos Tzrichos Kavana', in preparation for the Shabbos HaGadol derasha. It concluded at around 2:30.

In the afternoon hours, a yahrzeit seudah took place, arranged by the Rebbetzin tichye, in memory of her father, the Admor, the Baal Yeshuos Moshe of Vizhnitz zt"l. It was private for the family members, in the Tanna'im Hall of the Rebbe's shlit"a home in Kiryas Joel, and the Rebbe shlit"a participated.

At 7:30 in the evening, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home, and afterwards the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppahs of the following mechutanim:
R' Chaim Aryeh Schwartz (of Williamsburg) - R' Yekusiel Mordechai Friedman, at Ulam Keren V'Yoel Moshe.
R' Meir Moshe Spitzer (of Williamsburg) - R' Yaakov Spielman, at Ulam Kinor David.
R' Yeshaya Wertzberger - R' Lipa Neustadt, at Ulam Beis Rachel Paradise.

At around 8:10, the Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the hall of his holy home, where the siyum of the sefer Torah being written by HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Rosenfeld shlit"a, one of the roshei yeshiva of Yeshiva Gedolah Shiur Dalet, took place. It will be brought in this coming Sunday to the Heichal HaYeshiva. The Rebbe shlit"a wrote in letters, and afterwards a lechayim gathering took place together with the talmidim of Yeshiva Gedolah Shiur Dalet. Several nigunim were sung, and the Rebbe drank lechayim and bestowed of his holy blessings upon HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov shlit"a, the rosh yeshiva, and all the bochurim. He remarked that one must connect the end of the Torah to its beginning: the last mitzvah is writing a sefer Torah, and the first mitzvah is peru urvu. He warmly wished the bochurim that they should merit good shidduchim speedily.

Admission times followed until 11:50 at night. When the Rebbe davened Maariv, before davening the Rebbe lit 5 candles in honor of the yahrzeit of the holy Rebbe, R' Elimelech of Lizhensk zy"a.
