Sunday, Parshas Shemini — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

In the morning, before Shacharis, the brissim took place.
For the newborn son of R' Gershon Felberbaum, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For the newborn son of R' Zalman Leib Spitzer, where the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.
For the newborn son of R' Yudel Gutman, where the Rebbe served as sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the main beis medrash. Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim:
the bochur Yoel Forgacs.
the bochur Chaim Avrohom Glick.
the bochur Yoel Berger
the bochur Yoel (son of R' Meir) Wertheimer.
the bochur Yaakov Klein.
the bochur Yoel Rubinstein.
After davening, a lechayim celebration was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the main hall of the beis medrash.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Kedushas Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the yeshiva's talmidim in his private room. At 6:15 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim.
R' Yaakov Yuda Gefen - R' Yosef Leib Brown, at Kinor David hall.
R' Shmuel Zanvil Kahana - R' Aharon Shmuel Fuchs, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

At night there were times for entry to the Rebbe's room from 8:00 until 11:45.

During the entry times, a signing of contracts took place by HaRav R' Shalom Weiss, benefactor of the Mivtzar HaKollelim building in Kiryas Joel. The distinguished benefactor gave an enormous sum to enable the rebuilding of the back floor of the building, where hundreds of new places will be added for the kollel learners. The Rebbe spoke about the great merit of the benefactor, and that the twelve new morei hora'ah in our holy kehilla who were appointed last week came out thanks to the fruits of the Mivtzar HaKollelim. The Rebbe signed the contracts together with the benefactor and bestowed his holy blessings for good, for life and for peace.

A group of bochurim from a yeshiva in the Greenfield Park area in the Catskills, under the direction of HaGaon Rabbi Elimelech Miller shlit"a, also came in to the Rebbe.
The Rebbe inquired about the yeshiva and its learning, engaged in Torah discussion with the bochurim on the sugya they are learning, and then bestowed his holy blessings upon the bochurim.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim, which are to take place in his holy home, of the mechutanim R' Yechezkel Berger - HaGaon Rabbi Dovid Shlomo Eckstein.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv at 10:50, and afterwards continued receiving the public.
