Tuesday, Parshas Vayikra — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
In the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Eliezer Gelb took place, with the Rebbe shlit"a serving as sandek and mohel.
The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Talmud Torah building, the Markowitz building, together with the students of grades 6, 7 and 8 of the branch of HaRav Shlomo Noach Heilbrun shlit"a. Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochurim.

After davening, a lechayim celebration took place. First, the Rebbe shlit"a tested the children on their learning, each class separately. Afterwards the children sang rhymes in honor of the occasion and sang several melodies. The Rebbe drank l'chayim, wished all the children and the rebbeim well, and instructed the rebbeim to distribute shirayim to the children. Then the Rebbe shlit"a addressed the children with words of holy encouragement and guidance, particularly regarding good middos in matters between man and his fellow and between man and Hashem.
After the lechayim, the Rebbe shlit"a went down to the dining hall of the students of grades 1 and 2 of the branch of HaRav Dovid Chananya Weiss shlit"a. The little children sang several melodies and rhymes. The Rebbe addressed them with a few brief words of holy encouragement and blessing, and instructed the rebbeim to distribute shirayim to the little children.
In the afternoon at 5:00, the Rebbe shlit"a davened Mincha in his holy home, and then traveled in to Williamsburg for the weekly reception hours.
Upon arriving in Williamsburg, there was a closed meeting in his holy home regarding our brethren, the refugees from Ukraine. Afterwards the Rebbe shlit"a went to the chuppah of the mechutanim R' Shimon Ezer Weiss and R' Yitzchak Schwartz, director and patron of the Toras'cha Shaashuai group, at Ateres Rizel hall, where the Rebbe officiated at the kiddushin.
From there the Rebbe shlit"a went to the sheva brachos in honor of R' Eliezer Lev, one of the distinguished members of our kehilla in London, which took place at the home of the Rav and Av Beis Din of Williamsburg shlit"a. The distinguished guest, the Rav and Av Beis Din of London shlit"a, also participated. A lengthy conversation took place about current issues, the situation of our brethren in Ukraine in the past and today. The Rebbe spoke about the dark history of Russia and Ukraine towards Klal Yisroel, and showed from inside the sefer Eitz Chaim the Torah that the Eitz Chaim zt"l said on that Shabbos of Parshas Vaeschanan, after the First World War broke out.
The Rebbe drank l'chayim and extended his holy blessings to R' Eliezer, to the chassan, the mechutanim and the entire assembly. The Rav and Av Beis Din of London shlit"a was honored with leading Birkas Hamazon, and the Rebbe recited the sheva brachos.
Afterwards there were reception hours in the inner chamber from 8:15 until 12:30 in his holy home in Williamsburg. Around 11:10 the Rebbe davened Maariv and then continued receiving the public.
