At the Torah discourse, the Rebbe shlit"a built on the verse "These are the accounts of the Mishkan," and explained that the Torah has the power that the forces of evil have no hold, even when one is not yet entirely clean of sins. Moreover, it protects and saves the other mitzvos and good deeds as well, so that they will be guarded. Now, in the month of Adar, "when Adar enters, we increase in joy," "they accepted it again with love and willingness" — this refers to the Torah: "The orders of Hashem are upright, gladdening the heart."
