Today, Thursday, the Yom HaTamadas HaTorah (Day of Torah Diligence) took place in our holy kehilla of Kiryas Joel / Williamsburg.
In K"J, the thousands of members of Yesodei HaTorah and Torascha Shaashuai gathered in a large and magnificent hall in the city of Middletown.
And in Williamsburg, the hundreds of members of "Torascha Shaashuai" gathered in the new and magnificent beis medrash, the "Gelbstein Building," thereby inaugurating the beis medrash for Torah and tefilla.
-The time was used for Torah learning beginning at 6:00 AM, and the sound of Torah was heard the entire day.
For the day is holy to our Master!
