Sunday, Parshas Vayakhel — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh'

In the morning, before Shacharis, the brissim took place
of the newborn son of R' Chaim Ezra Brauner,
and of the newborn son of R' Moshe Aryeh Gabbai, at which the Rebbe served as sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in Heichal HaMesivta, the "Kedushas Yoel" branch. After davening, the Rebbe led the daily Tehillim shiur, Chapter 9, verse 6.

In the morning hours, the Rebbe shlit"a made his weekly visit to the glatt kosher slaughterhouse and to our holy kehilla's bakery.

In the afternoon at 6:10, the Rebbe shlit"a davened Mincha in his holy home.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin:
At the chuppah of the mechutanim R' Raphael Dovid Gabbai – R' Daniel Avrohom Nivoach, at Kinor Dovid hall.
At the chuppah of the mechutanim R' Isser Yuda Berger – R' Gedalya Segedin, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

At night there were entrance times to Kodesh Penimah from 8:00 until 11:30. During the entrance times, HaGaon Rabbi Chaim Feivel Schneebalg shlit"a, Rav and Av Beis Din of Manchester, visited the Rebbe shlit"a privately, and a lengthy conversation in Torah and Chassidus ensued. The Rebbe shlit"a honored him with a lechayim, warmly bestowed his holy blessing, and accompanied him out with friendliness.

Also entering Kodesh Penimah were the administration of our holy kehilla's Mifal Chayeinu in Kiryas Joel, together with the maggid meisharim HaGaon Rabbi Moshe Bloy shlit"a of Bnei Brak, who is featured in the series of Shiurei Chayeinu taking place in these weeks. He also conveyed a greeting to the Rebbe shlit"a from the uplifting L'Doroseihem Shabbos organized by our holy kehilla's Kollel Yungerleit Association in Williamsburg, in which he participated and spoke.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in the tenaim hall in his holy home at the tenaim of the mechutanim R' Yosef Moshe Ungar (Monsey) – R' Moshe Eliezer Katz.

At around 11:30 the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv in his holy home. Before Maariv, the Rebbe lit 5 candles in honor of the yahrzeit of his father-in-law, the Yeshuas Moshe of Vizhnitz zt"l.
