Wednesday, Parshas Tetzaveh — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
In the early morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Alexander Yoshe Eckstein took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a served as sandek and mohel, and the bris of the newborn son of R' Shmuel Herskowitz, at which the Rebbe shlit"a served as sandek and mohel.
The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta "Branch Veyoel Moshe." Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Yoel Friedman.
After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a recited the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 9, verse 1. Afterwards, a lechayim celebration was held with the bar mitzvah bochur in the Rebbe's private room.
During the morning hours, the Rebbe shlit"a made his weekly visit to the mehudar slaughterhouse.
In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Beirach Moshe branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from among the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room, and at 5:50 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.
In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the mechutanim R' Yoel Gottlieb - R' Yoel Friedman, in the Kinor David hall.
Likewise at the chuppah of the mechutanim R' Elazar Elimelech Forgacs - R' Moshe Mordechai Greenfeld, in the Beis Rachel Paradise hall.
After the chuppos, the Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the Beis Medrash Maharsha of our holy kehilla in Kiryas Joel, in the Hamispik neighborhood, where the Rebbe honored the Sheva Brachos celebration of the kallah, daughter of HaGaon Rabbi Aryeh Asher Indig shlit"a, a moreh d'asra of the beis medrash, which was arranged by the mispallelim of the beis medrash. The Rebbe shlit"a drank a lechayim, blessed the chasan, the mechutanim and the entire gathering, and then delivered brief divrei kodesh.
Afterwards, there were times of entry to the Kodesh Penimah from 8:30 until 11:20.
Around 9:50 the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv, and after Maariv recited Kiddush Levana in front of his holy residence, and then continued receiving the public.
