Sunday, Parshas Tetzaveh — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta, Kedushas Yoel branch, and after davening the Rebbe learned the daily Tehillim shiur, on chapter 9, verse 2.

In the late morning, at around 3:00, the talmidim of Yeshivas Ohel Torah of Lakewood, under the leadership of HaGaon Rabbi Mordechai Schlesinger shlit"a, entered the Rebbe's room. The Rebbe shlit"a spoke words of chizuk and encouragement to the bochurim. Afterward all the bochurim passed by, and the Rebbe wished the rosh yeshiva well and gave him a gift of the sefer Lev Aharon.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Divrei Yoel branch, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa in his private room, and at 5:50 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the mechutanim HaGaon Rabbi Shmuel Meir Levy shlit"a and R' Aharon Kraus, at Kinor David hall.
And at the chuppah of the mechutanim HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Schwartz shlit"a, dayan of the Binyan Gelbstein beis medrash of our holy kehilla in the Cascade neighborhood of Williamsburg, and the distinguished philanthropist R' Yaakov Zusman Sofer, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

After the chuppos, the Rebbe shlit"a went to the home of R' Shalom Eliezer Frankel, a gabbai in Williamsburg, who purchased a classroom in the Beis Rachel building of our holy mosdos in Williamsburg. After a longer conversation with the mosdos administration about the growth of the mosdos, ad"r (may the evil eye be kept away), and about the progress of the mosdos buildings currently being built in Williamsburg, the documents were signed, and the Rebbe drank a lechayim and extended his holy blessing to the donor, R' Shalom Eliezer, with his children and grandchildren, and to the members of the administration.

Entry times were from 8:00 until 11:30 at night, and afterward the Rebbe davened Maariv.

At around 9:20 the Rebbe shlit"a paused, and went to the levaya of the esteemed R' Berel Gross z"l (Williamsburg), a parent from our holy kehilla's cemetery.
