The Rebbe honored the grandfather, HaGaon, the Av Beis Din of Tarnipol shlit"a, with reciting the blessings. The baby was named in Yisroel "Alexander Asher," after the grandfather, HaGaon, the Av Beis Din of Tartikov zt"l.

It concluded at around 2:15.
