Sunday, Parshas Mishpatim — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta "Sniff Kedushas Yoel." Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The son of HaGaon R' Yoel Oppenheim shlit"a.
The bochur Chaim Saltzer.
The bochur Mordechai Leib Mittelman.
The bochur Avrohom Yitzchak Goldberger.
The bochur Avrohom Moshe Taub.
The bochur Yisroel Horowitz.

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a taught the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 8, verse 4. Afterwards, a lechayim gathering was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Heichal HaBeis Medrash.

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a comforted the mourner, R' Gedalya Mattisyahu Lenorowitz, on the passing of his son a"h. Afterwards, the Rebbe shlit"a went on his weekly visit to the matzah bakery of our holy kehilla.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva Sniff Kedushas Yoel, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa from the talmidim of the yeshiva in his private room. Around 4:30, the Rebbe shlit"a participated in the levaya of HaGaon Rabbi Lipa Margaliot zt"l, Rosh Yeshivas Torah Temimah, at the cemetery of our holy kehilla in Kiryas Joel. At 5:30, the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
R' Avrohom Mattisyahu Kahn - the late R' Yisroel Aryeh Berkowitz z"l, at Ulam Kinor David.
R' Wolf Ber'm Landau - R' Moshe Berach'a Weiss, at Ulam Beis Rachel Paradise.

Around 7:30, the Rebbe shlit"a visited the masmidim of 'Ratz LaMishna' under the direction of Rabbi Elimelech Schwartz shlit"a, in the Beis Rachel building - Hirsch Goldberger Landau. The Rebbe looked around with great nachas at the learning and bestowed his holy blessings upon the administration.

In the evening, there were reception times from 7:45 until 12:30.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at the tenaim in his holy home, for the following mechutanim:
R' Shalom Eliezer Grad - R' Yitzchak Feuerstein.
R' Asher Anshil Weiser (the groom's grandfather) - R' Dovid Bickel.

Around 11:45, the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv in his holy home, and continued receiving the public.
