Thursday, Parshas Yisro, 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
Early in the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Yitzchak Yaakov Schnitzer took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek and mohel.
The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta "Sniff Beirach Moshe." Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Yoel Hoffman.
The bochur Yitzchak Levy.
After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a recited the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 8, verse 3. Afterwards, a lechayim gathering with the bar mitzvah bochurim took place in his private room.
At around 12:45 in the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a participated in the levaya of the young man Dov Yuda a"h, the bochur Gedalya Matisyahu Lenorovitz, one of the talmidim of our holy institutions in Kiryas Joel, a student of our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel, and afterwards accompanied the bier.
In the afternoon, the bris of the newborn son of R' Azriel Spitzer took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek and mohel.
At around 5:30 the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.
In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
R' Yisroel Menachem Lichtenstein - R' Yaakov Eliyahu Reisman, at Kinor David hall.
R' Avrohom Mendel Wertheimer - R' Yitzchak Menachem Berger, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.
In the evening there were entry times to the Rebbe's room from 8:15 until 11:45.
During the entry times, HaRav HaGaon R' Yehuda Katz shlit"a, dayan and moreh tzedek of Kehal Vayatzev Avrohom in Australia, paid a visit. The Rebbe inquired about the kehilla there, and a nice conversation about shechita in Australia took place, and the Rebbe warmly blessed him with his holy blessings.
The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim at the tenaim held in the holy home of the Rebbetzin zy"a, at the tenaim of the mechutanim R' Eliezer Klein - R' Zalman Leib Brach.
At around 11:45 the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv in his holy home.
