Sunday 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
At about 9:00 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for Shacharis in the local beis medrash. After davening the guests went over to bid farewell, and then the Rebbe walked back, during which a pleasant conversation took place, and among other things, memories of the Divrei Yoel zt"l in Bal Harbour were discussed, as well as the upheaval over invalid mezuzos and tefillin today and in the days of the Divrei Yoel zy"a.
In the late morning, at about 11:45, the Rebbe went for a walk in Neos Desha, where wonderful conversations took place about Torah thoughts and stories of tzaddikim, especially of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz zy"a and the Eitz Chaim zy"a.
In the evening at 5:30 the Rebbe entered for Mincha. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe studied Torah at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam Maariv was davened.
