Tuesday 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 8:00 the Rebbe shlit"a entered the local beis medrash for Shacharis. Before davening the Rebbe lit 5 candles in honor of the yahrzeit of his ancestor, the holy Rebbe R' Zusha zy"a.

After davening a lechayim gathering took place in honor of the yahrzeit, during which the Rebbe told holy stories about the one whose yahrzeit it was, for an extended time.

Afterwards the Rebbe affixed a mezuzah on the doorpost of the new 'Palm Springs Kosher' store in the local beis medrash, which was built to generate income for the beis medrash through the efforts of the philanthropist R' Hershel Spitz, and with the generous donations of benefactors of our community, may they live. Afterwards the Rebbe walked home, and along the way there was a beautiful conversation about the nicknames of people's names.

In the morning hours, at around 11:15, the Rebbe went for a walk in Neot Desha, during which lovely conversations took place on Torah thoughts and stories of tzaddikim, especially about HaGaon HaGadol Rabbi Yosef Shaul Nathansohn zt"l, author of 'Shu"t Shoel U'Meshiv', and accounts and stories of the Chasam Sofer zt"l.

In the evening at 5:30 the Rebbe entered for Mincha. Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe studied Torah at his place in the beis medrash, and at the time of Rabbeinu Tam Maariv was davened.
