For from Zion shall go forth Torah, and the word of Hashem from Yerushalayim

With great joy and elevated spirits, the chassidim of our kehilla in the holy city of Yerushalayim received the joyous news that two prominent philanthropists, the distinguished HaRav R' Avrohom Brach, builder and founder of worlds of Torah and chesed, and alongside him his counterpart, the distinguished and esteemed R' Avrohom Yehoshua HaKohen Glantz, members of the Vaad HaElyon of our holy kehillos and their mosdos in Eretz Yisroel, who are currently in Eretz Yisroel for a family simcha, today, on Shabbos Kodesh, pledged at the Sefer Torah to build a great house for Hashem and His Torah, the building of the Beis Medrash Birch Moshe of our holy kehilla in the holy city of Yerushalayim, which today consists of only a single-story building.

Besides their commitment to provide the building, the two generous donors, as pioneers for a mitzvah, personally set the pace and pledged astronomical sums: R' Avrohom with a million dollars and R' Avrohom Yehoshua with half a million dollars. And joining them, as the third partner in the mitzvah, was the distinguished philanthropist R' Yehuda Weiss shlit"a of Kiryas Joel, with a sum of half a million dollars.

This joyous news comes after the two prominent philanthropists, members of the Vaad HaElyon, on a holy mission from the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a, sat in lengthy meetings this past Thursday with the devoted administration of the kehilla and mosdos of Yerushalayim, who were appointed by the Rebbe shlit"a, namely Rabbi Yisroel Mordechai Felberbaum, Rabbi Yissachar Betzalel Jacob, Rabbi Nosson Binyomin Roth, and Rabbi Yehoshua Klein, as well as with other personalities within the kehilla, to become closely acquainted with the worth within our holy kehilla and its mosdos, and with the detailed plans that stand ready to be carried out. After a telephone conference on Erev Shabbos with the Rebbe shlit"a, it was decided, with his consent and holy blessing, to join in the project.

The new beis medrash building will contain, IY"H, several floors, a mikvah, small rooms and a heichal HaTorah, a beis medrash sanctuary of close to 500 seats, an ezras nashim, a kollel hall and an external wing for the yeshiva ketana.

Yerushalayim residents who know the Tel Talpiot in the center of the city over the last 20 years have long been awaiting the day when the building, which is too small to hold everyone, would be expanded, and now they say "Baruch Shehechiyanu v'kiyemanu laz'man hazeh."

On Motzei Shabbos the prominent philanthropists and communal leaders went to visit the home of the great Gaon, posek hador, Rabbi, Av Beis Din of Yerushalayim shlit"a, who had refreshments brought in l'chaim in their honor, and blessed the two that they should be able to bring to fruition their good endeavors for pure chinuch in Eretz Yisroel in general, and for our holy kehilla and its mosdos in particular.

At this hour a festive reception and expression of gratitude is taking place with the participation of the rabbanim of our holy kehilla and other rabbanim and gaonim of the Badatz of the Eidah HaChareidis, for the esteemed donors, as the excitement of the chassidim in the holy city of Yerushalayim is expressed.

IY"H in the coming days the two heads of the kehilla and communal leaders, R' Avrohom and R' Avrohom Yehoshua, will go over the detailed plans with the members of the administration in Yerushalayim and begin the project for the glory of Hashem's name.

On a holy mission from the Rebbe shlit"a, the two philanthropists will IY"H travel tomorrow morning to Bnei Brak and spend time with our holy kehilla and its mosdos together with the devoted members of the administration, and strengthen all the projects of our kehilla, including the new and splendid building of the girls' school Bnos Eretz Yisroel, which is already in the final phase of completion.
IY"H on Monday, the two philanthropists will travel on a holy mission to Beit Shemesh to spend time with the local administration members of our kehilla and its mosdos, and to strengthen the new branch within the framework of Mosdos Yatev Lev in Eretz Yisroel, with fresh plans for the benefit of our chassidim.

IY"H next week, it is planned that the two philanthropists, leaders of our holy kehilla, will travel to Palm Springs, where the Rebbe shlit"a will be resting, and convey the warm greetings of his students and chassidim in Eretz Yisroel, and at the same time discuss all the grand plans for the benefit of our chassidim in Eretz Yisroel.

Avrohom, Avrohom — and he said, "Here I am"
