On Motzei Yom Gilah

Motzei Shabbos, Parshas Vayechi, "B'tzeil HaKodesh" with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 10:35, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the Atrium Plaza halls in Monsey, where the celebration of the Yovel Chamisha Asar of Kollel Birch Moshe of our holy kehilla in Monsey took place, together with the dinner L'Hagdil Torah for the benefit of the kollel and its nearly 200 kollel members. HaGaon R' Shalom Shraga Paplanash shlit"a delivered a address as the guest speaker. Afterward, the Rosh HaKollel, HaGaon R' Aharon Israel shlit"a, spoke, as did the HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva of our Monsey kehilla shlit"a.
.
The Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words and based them on the verse "Vayevarchem bayom hahu lemor, becha yevarech Yisroel yesimcha Elokim ke'Efraim vechiMenashe," and spoke in praise of those who learn Torah and those who support Torah. Then the Rebbe referred to the address at the Kiryas Joel and Surrounding Areas Community Assembly, saying that the talk of the day was what had been said about Monsey, and expressed that "yes, there are two kinds of Monsey": there is an elevated Monsey and there is a weak Monsey. Baruch Hashem, the kehilla, the mosdos, the yeshiva, and the kollel, which is the foundation of the kehilla, have, b'ezras Hashem, risen to glory and splendor and are part of the elevated Monsey. The Rebbe then spoke about the expansion of the boundaries of kedusha of our holy kehilla in Monsey, including the beis medrash, the holy mosdos and the kollel. At the same time, he called on the kehilla and mosdos leadership to convene a parents' assembly of all parents who have children in the mosdos, to establish the foundations and ensure that only those who adhere to all the regulations are kept in the mosdos. He concluded with a blessing for the members of the kollel, especially for the Rosh HaKollel and the Rav shlit"a, and for the entire holy kehilla.

After the holy address, the Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed his holy blessings on the askanim and the generous supporters. It ended at 11:30.
