For Mincha and Shalosh Seudos, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash at around 5:05. During the Torah, the Rebbe shlit"a based his words on the verse "And G-d sent me before you to ensure your remnant in the land," and explained that even when one conducts himself with holiness, he is not yet called holy; rather, when one makes fences and safeguards in matters of kedusha and taharah, in the home and at work, then he receives the status of holy, for "wherever you find a fence against immorality, you find holiness."

Maariv of Motzei Shabbos: HaRav R' Moshe Chaim Spitzer. After Havdalah, everyone went over to wish the Rebbe a gutte voch. They concluded at 7:15.

Late in the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a traveled to Williamsburg to comfort the mourner, the distinguished and philanthropic R' Chaim Yuda Lefkowitz, who is sitting shiva for his mother a"h. The Rebbe sat there for an extended time and related stories and history from his holy forebears, and from there the Rebbe traveled back to Kiryas Joel, to his holy home.
