Friday night at around 5:00 the Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash wrapped in his tallis and approached the amud for Mincha. Kabbalas Shabbos: HaRav R' Shimon Ezer Mittelman (Monsey). The davening ended at around 6:30. After davening the congregation went over to wish a "gut Shabbos," and then the Rebbe shlit"a went home.
At around 8:30 the Rebbe shlit"a entered the tish in the Heichal HaShulchanos together with the talmidim of the Mesivta, and began, as is his holy custom, "Shalom Aleichem" with great emotion.
Eishes Chayil: the Rebbe's grandson, the bochur Meir Eliezer, son of HaGaon Rabbi Rav of the beis medrash Berach Moshe shlit"a. The one honored with holding the cup for Kiddush: R' Efraim Moshe Lowy (one of the leaders of our holy kehilla in Bnei Brak).

The Rebbe made Kiddush and spoke about stories of tzaddikim. Songs were sung in honor of the simcha, and the Rebbe wished a lechayim to the baal simcha, to the family members, and to the entire assembly. It ended at 12:30.
