At around 7:40, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the halls of Tiferes Mordechai in Boro Park to preside over the wedding celebration in our holy courts, of the chassan, a grandson of the Beirach Moshe zt"l, son of HaRav R' Lipa Teitelbaum shlit"a, and a son-in-law of HaGaon the Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park 15 shlit"a.
The Rebbe shlit"a arranged the kesuba and conducted the kabbalas kinyan. Afterward the Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed holy blessings upon the chassan, the mechutanim, the grandfathers and the entire assembly.
At the chuppah, the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with reciting the kiddushin, and after the chuppah he bestowed holy blessings.
From there the Rebbe shlit"a went to the home of the distinguished philanthropist R' Moshe Eli Weinstock, where the ceremony of signing the contracts took place for a home he purchased in the new mikvah taharah in Kiryas Joel. The Rebbe signed the contracts together with the donor, then drank a lechayim and bestowed holy blessings upon the entire family.
From there the Rebbe shlit"a went to the new office of the distinguished philanthropist R' Pinchas Moshe Landau, where the ceremony of signing the contracts took place for a home he purchased in the new mikvah taharah in Kiryas Joel. The Rebbe shlit"a affixed a mezuzah and signed the contracts together with the donor, then drank a lechayim and bestowed holy blessings upon the entire family.
The Rebbe shlit"a then traveled to Williamsburg, where he paid a shiva call to the Karlsburg Rebbe shlit"a and his family on the passing of his wife a"h.
At around 11:15, the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv in his holy home in Williamsburg.
At 11:55, the Rebbe arrived at the halls of Tiferes Mordechai in Boro Park, at the wedding in our holy courts. The Rebbe tasted the food in honor of the simcha, drank a lechayim and bestowed holy blessings upon the chassan, the mechutanim and the grandfathers. Bentching was led by the brother-in-law, HaGaon, the Rosh Beis Medrash of Avnei Tzedek shlit"a; the sheva brachos were given to the relatives, and the concluding blessing to HaGaon the Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park shlit"a.
After bentching, R' Mordechai Dovid Oesterreicher served as badchan to the king and called the Rebbe shlit"a to the mitzvah tantz. The Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave blessings to the chassan, to his brother HaGaon the Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park 15 shlit"a, to the mechutanim and to the entire assembly. He then performed his holy avodah at the mitzvah tantz, danced with the chassan and the mechutanim, and then danced an extra dance with his brother HaGaon the Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park 15 shlit"a.
After the mitzvah tantz the Rebbe bestowed blessings upon the kallah as is customary. The wedding ended at around 12:50.
