Motzei Shabbos, Parshas Vayeira — "B'tzeil HaKodesh" with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a
At around 10:30 the Rebbe shlit"a arrived in Boro Park, at the Ateres Chai halls, for the annual dinner "Ulinu" for the benefit of our holy mosdos in Boro Park, which have over 5000 children, bli ayin hara.
Those who spoke were HaGaon Rabbi Hillel Yoel Kepetch shlit"a, HaGaon Rav Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Boro Park shlit"a, and the director of the mosdos, R' Aharon Weltz.
Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words, and at the end of his address he urged parents to send their children to learn in the home yeshivas and not to send them away to foreign yeshivas. He spoke at length in praise of our holy mosdos in Boro Park, and concluded with his holy blessings, especially for the esteemed director of the mosdos, R' Aharon Weltz.
After the dinner the Rebbe went to pay a visit to HaGaon Rav Av Beis Din Friedman shlit"a, Rosh Av Beis Din of the Hitachdus HaRabbonim. A lengthy conversation in Torah and friendship took place for over half an hour. Then the Friedman Rav poured a lechayim and the Rebbe gave him his holy blessings.
Afterward the Rebbe shlit"a arrived in Williamsburg, where the Rebbe participated in the Sheva Brachos simcha of the chasan, son of R' Eliezer Weinberger, with the kallah, daughter of HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Stern shlit"a, principal of the sixth and seventh grades in our holy mosdos in Williamsburg, arranged by the melamdim.
The Rebbe drank a lechayim and gave his holy blessings to the chasan for health and wholeness, and to the mechutanim and all the melamdim.
