Thursday, Parshas Vayeira — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta "Sniff Beirach Moshe". Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, son of HaGaon R' Dovid Shlomo Laub shlit"a (Monsey).

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a reviewed the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 6, verse 3, and spoke about the takanah of the founder of the yeshiva, the holy Rebbe, the Divrei Yoel zt"l, that bochurim should not take part in the weddings of their friends, and he urged them to hold themselves strong and to keep the takanah.

Afterward, a lechayim gathering was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

In the afternoon at around 5:15, the Rebbe davened Mincha in his holy home.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at the kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
HaGaon R' Daniel Dovid Steinberg shlit"a - R' Meir Wetzel, at Ulam Kinor Dovid.
R' Yosef Mendel Friedrich - R' Avrohom Meir Miller, at Ulam Beis Rochel Paradise.
At around 9:10 the Rebbe shlit"a arrived in Williamsburg to grace the sholom simcha of the Tenaim in our holy courts, of the kallah, daughter of the Gaon Av Beis Din of Sighet shlit"a.

First, the Rebbe shlit"a went over to our new and magnificent beis medrash "Binyan Barach", where the Rebbe looked around with great nachas at the hundreds of learners sitting and learning in the heichal of the great and magnificent beis medrash, and then davened Maariv in the Chadar Divrei Yoel in the beis medrash.

After Maariv, the Rebbe shlit"a went over to our magnificent beis medrash "Beis Menachem Tzvi", where the Rebbe looked around with great nachas at the hundreds of learners sitting and learning in the enormous heichal of the beis medrash.

"The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous"

At around 9:45 the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Tenaim simcha of the kallah, daughter of the Gaon Av Beis Din of Sighet shlit"a, in the halls of Kesser Tzvi.

Among others who participated in the simcha were his uncles, the Vizhnitz Rebbe of Williamsburg shlit"a, the Kivyashd Rebbe shlit"a, the Gaavad of Ciechanów shlit"a, the HaGaon Av Beis Din of Nefelemitz shlit"a, and others.

During the simcha, the grandfather of the chosson, HaGaon R' Yekusiel Teitelbaum shlit"a, Rosh Kollel Avreichim, and the HaGaon Av Beis Din of Sighet shlit"a appeared.

The Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words, and then honored the grandfather, HaGaon R' Yekusiel Teitelbaum shlit"a, with reading the Tenaim.

Then the Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed his holy blessings, and honored the chosson to recite the pshetl and showed him to sing it, as is customary.

At the close, the crowd went over to wish mazel tov. It ended at around 11:00.
