Sunday, Parshas Toldos — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal HaMesivta "Sniff Kedushas Yoel."

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a studied the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 6, verse 2.

Afterward, the Rebbe shlit"a made his weekly visit to the shechita house, and then visited the matzah bakery.

In the afternoon, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Heichal HaYeshiva, Sniff Kedushas Yoel, where the Rebbe learned with a chavrusa in his private room, and at 6:00 the Rebbe davened Mincha in the yeshiva.

In the evening, there were times for entering the Kodesh Penimah from 8:00 until 11:15.

The Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in his holy home, the home of the Rebbetzin zy"a, at the tenaim of the following mechutanim:
R' Yisroel Leib Cohen - R' Yoel the son of R' Bratch.
HaRav Elazar Mendel Filipp shlit"a - HaRav Dovid Greenfeld shlit"a.

At about 11:25 the Rebbe shlit"a came to our beis medrash in Bloomingrove, where the Rebbe graced as the guest of honor the Sheva Brachos celebration of the chosson, son of HaGaon Rabbi Yoel Halberstam shlit"a, rav of our kehilla in Bloomingrove, arranged by our holy kehilla in honor of the Rav shlit"a.

HaGaon Rabbi Yoel shlit"a spoke, after which the Rebbe drank a lechayim and bestowed his holy blessings upon the chosson, the mechutanim and the entire assembly.

The Rebbe shlit"a then delivered holy words in honor of the simcha, along with words of guidance to the members of the Bloomingrove community. He spoke of the areas of Torah, tefillah and tznius, urging that the kedusha of the city of Kiryas Joel be extended to the surrounding areas. He spoke in praise of the esteemed rav who has an influence on the entire area, and conveyed the good reports heard back from our beis medrash. He emphasized that members of the kehilla should come daven in our beis medrash even if they live far away, and that they should stay together on the proper path of the mesorah. The Rebbe then mentioned the expansion of the boundaries of kedusha, as the beis medrash, which is already too small to hold everyone, is being enlarged, and concluded with his holy blessings to the entire assembly.

Then Birkas HaMazon was recited, and the Rebbe shlit"a recited the Sheva Brachos.

After bentching, the Rebbe shlit"a joined in a mitzvah dance with the chosson, the mechutanim and the grandfathers.

At about 12:20 the Rebbe shlit"a davened Maariv in the main beis medrash.

After Maariv, the Rebbe shlit"a inquired of the askanim of our holy kehilla in Bloomingrove about the state and growth of the area, and heard a report from the gabbai kvias itim regarding the shiurim in the beis medrash, and bestowed abundant blessings. Among other things, the Rebbe shlit"a also extended good wishes to the candidate who is running to be able to enter the town board in Bloomingrove, to be able to accomplish for the benefit of the community and the individual.

In his holy home, HaRav HaTzaddik R' Yitzchak Twersky shlit"a, son of the Skver Rebbe shlit"a, came for a visit to the Rebbe shlit"a to receive his holy blessings and to invite him to the wedding of his son, which will take place next week.
