A few minutes later, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a entered the tish in the great sukkah and recited the Seder HaUshpizin. At the lechayim after the fish, the Rebbe wished "a good, blessed year." With the soup, kreplach were served as is customary. Yom Tov niggunim were sung.

Immediately after the tish, the Rebbe went to the mikvah to purify himself in honor of Yom Tov, as is the custom on the Regel.
