Last Thursday, Parshas Lech Lecha, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a affixed a mezuzah at the building of the new mikvah built by the esteemed philanthropist R' Avrohom Yuda Mandel in the Galilos area of Kiryas Joel.
The Rebbe inspected the kashrus of the mikvah, held a lechayim gathering, and gave a blessing to the esteemed donor.

Monday, Parshas Vayeira, the Rebbe participated in the Sheva Brachos of the mechutanim HaRav HaTzaddik Yuda Elisha Horowitz shlit"a, Rav of Beis Medrash Or HaChaim and son of the Av Beis Din of our kehilla in Manchester shlit"a, and HaRav HaTzaddik Yosef Mordechai Wagschal shlit"a, Rosh HaKollel and Rav of Kollel Erev Shabbos, father-in-law of the chassan, the illustrious HaGaon, a dayan and member of the Beis Din of Kiryas Joel shlit"a. It took place in the yeshiva ketana, Avnei Tzedek branch, under the direction of Rabbi Chaim Eliezer Davidowitz shlit"a, where the father of the chassan serves as maggid shiur.
A wonderful conversation in Torah matters was held with HaGaon HaTzaddik, the Dayan shlit"a, and HaGaon HaTzaddik of Manchester shlit"a, and the Rebbe joined in a mitzvah dance with the chassan and the grandfathers, HaGaon HaTzaddik the Dayan shlit"a and HaGaon HaTzaddik of Manchester shlit"a.

Tuesday, Parshas Vayeira, the Rebbe participated in the Sheva Brachos celebration for a grandson of R' Hershel Spitz, owner of the guesthouse of Rubin in Palm Springs. A beautiful conversation took place, and the Rebbe blessed the chassan, the mechutanim, and the grandfather R' Hershel.

On Motzei Shabbos Vayeira, the Rebbe participated in the chanukas habayis at the home of HaRav HaChasid R' Yuda Weiss, one of the prominent members of our community, where R' Yuda has undertaken a considerable sum for the new majestic southern wing of the great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. The Rebbe signed the agreement document and gave a blessing to the donor.
