Thursday, Parshas Vayeilech, Erev Tzom Gedalya — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 5:45 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for the recital of Selichos in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. The baal tefillah was HaRav R' Dovid Shmuel Goldberger.

In the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Zalman Grossberg took place, where the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the bar mitzvah bochur, the bochur Elisha Yoel Rosenfeld.

In the afternoon, several esrogim were brought to the Rebbe shlit"a's holy home in anticipation of the upcoming Yom Tov of Sukkos, and the Rebbe shlit"a examined the esrogim.

Today, Friday, at around 5:45 the Rebbe shlit"a entered for the recital of Selichos in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. The baal tefillah was HaRav R' Moshe Meir Gottlieb.

In the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Yoel Berish Shaar took place, where the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek and mohel.
And the bris of the newborn son of R' Yitzchak Rubin, where the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek and mohel.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Yitzchak Tuvia Friedman.
The bochur Meir Menachem Zev Hirsch.

After davening, a lechayim celebration was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Rebbe's private room.
