The Rebbe approached the amud for Musaf and said Hineni He'ani Mimaas. Kaddish was at 2:40.

The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a davened from a machzor Nusach Tefilah Yeshara. The baal tokei'a for the tekios d'meumad was HaGaon Rabbi R' Shlomo Zabel shlit"a, dayan and moreh tzedek of Beis Medrash Beis Dov of our holy kehilla.

"Geshem mul Aron HaKodesh be'eimah, v'amcha misaviv osam kechomah" — maintaining the holy service with awe and fear, with arousal and holy emotion during Musaf, especially during the pesukim of Malchios and Zichronos; "Einei amcha telios v'einayim lecha meyachalos."

The pesichos at Musaf were given as honors to R' Yosha Wertzberger, R' Asher Weider (Montreal), R' Kapel Schonbrun, and R' Zusha Neustadt.

R' Yitzchak Ehrenfeld approached for Ke-Kel, and the pesicha for Anim Zemiros was given to R' Avrohom Lebovitch (of Williamsburg).

Mincha was davened immediately after Musaf. R' Aharon Spitzer davened before the amud. The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shemoneh Esrei with the tallis over his head. They finished at about 6:25.

At the afternoon seudah in his holy home, the bochurim, grandchildren of the Beirach Moshe zy"a, joined. The Rebbe honored them to sing the zemiros. Bentching was led by the bochur Elazar, son of HaGaon Rabbi R' Yoel Halberstam shlit"a.

After the seudah, the Rebbe shlit"a went over to the beis medrash. At the proper time, Maariv was davened. The baal tefillah was R' Dovid Eckstein of Eretz Yisroel. After Maariv, the Rebbe shlit"a went up to the Aron Kodesh and wished everyone "a gut Yom Tov, a gut gebentched yohr."

At about 11:50, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the Heichal HaShulchanos for the Yom Tov meal. The Rebbe shlit"a wore a new bekishe in honor of Shehecheyanu. The lifting of the cup for Kiddush was done by HaGaon Rabbi R' Shalom Moshe Lipschitz shlit"a, dayan and moreh tzedek of Beis Medrash Beis Mordechai of our holy kehilla.

On the table were various fruits. The Rebbe made a bracha on a date and tasted from the fruits, and afterwards distributed shirayim from the dates to the entire crowd.

The Rebbe honored HaGaon Rabbi R' Shalom Moshe Lipschitz shlit"a to lead the zemiros.

The Rebbe shlit"a said Torah on the verse "L'Hashem ha'aretz u'melo'ah" and explained that we blow the shofar on Rosh Hashana because it is the day of coronation. Above in Heaven there is also a tekias shofar, but to the Creator the tekias of this world is more precious, because there is greater kavod Shamayim from those with free choice who have a yetzer hara.

Bentching was led by R' Mendel Gross shlit"a. They finished at about 1:00.

"As his deeds were the first time, so were his deeds the second time": on the second day of Yom Tov in the morning, the Rebbe shlit"a entered the beis medrash at about 8:10.

Pesukei D'zimra: the bochur Yoel, son of Shlomo Wertzberger shlit"a, a maggid shiur in our holy mosdos. Shacharis: R' Berish Apfel.

After a short break, the Rebbe shlit"a entered wearing the kittel and silver kapel. The hotzaah and hachnasah were honors given to HaGaon Rabbi R' Yitzchak Kaufman shlit"a and HaGaon Rabbi R' Yosef Moshe Forgacs shlit"a. The pesukim of Shema Yisroel were recited by HaGaon Rabbi R' Itamar Tuvia Weider shlit"a.

The Rebbe shlit"a was the baal koreh and leined with weeping and great arousal.
