Thursday, Parshas Nitzavim, Fifth Selichos — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

At around 5:45, the Rebbe shlit"a entered for the recital of Selichos in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. The baal tefillah was R' Dovid Eckstein.

In the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Yoel Boruch Bosh took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandkaus.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in our great beis medrash in Kiryas Joel. Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Yoel Mertz.
The bochur Yechal Alter Taub.
The bochur Yosef Greenblatt.

Afterwards, a lechayim gathering took place with the bar mitzvah bochurim in his private room.

In the afternoon at around 4:45, the outstanding students of the eighth grade in our holy mosdos in Williamsburg came in to the Rebbe shlit"a in his holy residence, having taken upon themselves good commitments not to speak before davening and during davening. The Rebbe shlit"a gave his holy blessings and distributed holy coins.

In the evening there was a time of entry to the Rebbe's holy room, from 6:00 until 12:00, in his holy residence at the Ohel, Kat.
