Friday, Parshas Ki Setzei — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

Early in the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the newborn son of R' Mordechai Schwartz took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandekaus.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the beis medrash of the Yeshiva Ketana branch "Hashev Moshe" in Kiryas Joel, under the direction of HaGaon Rabbi Shimon Avrohom Rottah shlit"a.

Upon arriving at the yeshiva ketana, which is housed in the talmud torah building "Binyan Hirsch Goldberger Landau" on Rotzfert Street, the Rebbe shlit"a looked over the construction work on the gigantic new talmud torah building, "Binyan Klein," the generous donation of the distinguished philanthropist R' Akiva Hersh Klein.

Afterwards the Rebbe shlit"a entered the dining hall in the talmud torah building, where the children of the first and second grade classes of the branch of Rabbi Dovid Falkowitz shlit"a were gathered. The children sang several niggunim and the Rebbe wished them a good Shabbos.

Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Yoel Mordechai Indig.
The bochur Yehuda Teitelbaum.
The bochur Yoel Katz.

After davening, a lechayim gathering was held with the students of the yeshiva. The Rebbe shlit"a drank lechayim and wished the bar mitzvah bochurim, the rebbeim and the students of the yeshiva well, and then delivered words of mussar and chizuk for the Days of Mercy and Favor.

At around 1:30 in the afternoon, the Av Beis Din and Rosh Mesivta of our kehilla in Manchester shlit"a, who had come to spend Shabbos in the Rebbe's holy presence and the first Selichos, came to the Rebbe shlit"a at his holy residence to greet him and to convey greetings from our holy kehilla in Manchester.
