Monday, Parshas Ki Seitzei — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

Early in the morning, before Shacharis, the bris of the son born to R' Berish Mertz took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek.

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in the Heichal of the Yeshiva Ketana branch "Zera Kodesh" in the Beis Medrash HaGadol in Kiryas Joel, under the direction of HaGaon Rabbi R' Asher Weider shlit"a, on the occasion of the simcha of the bris milah of the son of the menahel shlit"a.

After davening the bris took place, at which the Rebbe shlit"a was honored with sandek and with the mohel's role.

Afterward a lechayim gathering was held in the Heichal of the beis medrash, where the Rebbe shlit"a bestowed his holy blessings upon the menahel shlit"a, upon the grandfathers, and upon the bochurim.

On his way out, the Rebbe shlit"a looked over the construction work, where the ezras nashim is being expanded in preparation for the holy days.

At around 1:45 in the morning, the Rebbe shlit"a arrived at the Heichal of the Mesivta "Branch Veyoel Moshe" to deliver the first shiur on the sugya of "Ed Echad Ne'eman B'issurin," in preparation for the "Shabbos Shuva" derasha.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
HaGaon Rabbi R' Yechezkel Yaakov Yuda Heilbrun shlit"a - R' Chaim Aryeh Schmeltzer, at Keren Veyoel Moshe hall.
R' Baruch Meir Brader - R' Meir Eli Acker, at Kinor David hall.
R' Tuvia Feldman - R' Avrohom Mattisyahu Strolowitz, at Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

Later in the night, the Rebbe shlit"a read the tenaim in the tenaim hall in the Rebbe's holy home, of the Rebbetzin zy"a, at the tenaim of the mechutanim R' Avrohom Sofer - R' Yoel, the bochur Yonah Bernath.

At around 10:35, the Rebbe of Mishkenos HaRoim shlit"a paid a visit to the Rebbe shlit"a inside the holy room to receive his holy blessings on the occasion of the wedding of his grandson, the chosson, the son of his son HaGaon HaTzaddik, the fighter of the wars of Hashem, R' Shaul Yitzchak Rabinowitz zt"l, Av Beis Din of Mishkenos HaRoim Kiryas Joel. A pleasant conversation in Torah and Chassidus ensued, and the Rebbe escorted him out to the door.

Later, the Rebbe's eldest son, HaGaon, the Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva of Williamsburg shlit"a, came to the Rebbe shlit"a together with the management of the Bais HaOfeh of our holy kehilla, regarding the upcoming matzah baking.
