At around 8:00, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a arrived in "Kiryas Berach Moshe" in Woodbourne for the bar mitzvah simcha of his grandson, the bar mitzvah bochur, son of HaGaon Rabbi, Av Beis Din of Sighet and Rav of the Kiryah, shlit"a. Upon arrival, the Rebbe davened Mincha in the Binyan Yehuda beis medrash in the Kiryah.

After Mincha, the Rebbe shlit"a went over to the bar mitzvah simcha, which took place in the new building "Cheder HaOchel – Heichal Avrohom" in the Kiryah, donated by the distinguished philanthropist R' Avrohom Brach.

The Rebbe shlit"a washed for the bar mitzvah seudah. After the fish and the saying of lechayim, the bar mitzvah bochur delivered a pshetl on the sugya of "kafao v'achal matzah," whether one fulfills the mitzvah of eating matzah.

HaGaon Rabbi, Av Beis Din of Sighet and Rav of the Kiryah, shlit"a, and the grandfather, HaGaon Rabbi, Av Beis Din of Beis Aharon, shlit"a, spoke.

The Rebbe shlit"a honored the distinguished philanthropist R' Avrohom Brach with leading "Barchi Nafshi."

Afterwards, the Rebbe shlit"a delivered holy words, and honored his grandson, the bar mitzvah bochur, with leading the bentching.

After the bar mitzvah simcha, the Rebbe shlit"a affixed a mezuzah on the new dining hall, and then davened Maariv in the Binyan Yehuda beis medrash.

After Maariv, the Rebbe shlit"a looked around the beis medrash and the small shtiblach, accompanied by the askanim, hearing greetings about this place of Torah and tefillah.

Then the Rebbe went over to visit the "Food Circle" grocery store next to the beis medrash, where the Rebbe looked around for a longer time and expressed great nachas over the store, so that one need not travel out to shop. The Rebbe shlit"a gave his holy blessing and then set out back to his holy residence in Kiryas Joel.
