Thursday, Parshas Eikev — 'B'tzeil HaKodesh' with the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a

The Rebbe shlit"a davened Shacharis in our yeshiva "Mesivta HaKedosha," Beirach Moshe branch. Before davening, the Rebbe shlit"a put tefillin on the following bar mitzvah bochurim:
The bochur Hillel Kahana.
The bochur Yitzchak Yechiel Shraga Glick.
The bochur Avrohom Mayer.
The bochur Hillel Klein.

After davening, the Rebbe shlit"a recited the daily Tehillim shiur, chapter 5, verse 3. Afterward, the talmidim of the yeshiva went over to greet the Rebbe shlit"a.

Afterward, a lechayim celebration was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the heichal of the beis medrash.

In the evening, the Rebbe shlit"a officiated at kiddushin at the chuppah of the following mechutanim:
R' Yerachmiel Zev Fried - R' Elazar Nisan Friedrich, at the Kinor David hall.
R' Dovid Ungar - R' Yaakov Pinchas Friedman, at the Beis Rachel Paradise hall.

In the Rebbe's private room, a Sefer Tehillim written on "klaf" was brought before the Rebbe shlit"a for the merit of the sick of Israel; the Rebbe wrote in a letter and bestowed holy blessings.

In the new tenaim hall in his holy home, the very rich Simchas Anash event was held for the benefit of the Rebbe's fund, Kupas Avnei Chesed, which helps members of the community at the time of their simchas. After Mincha, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a went over to the hall, where the Rebbe graced the event with his presence.

Likewise, during the event, many members of the community who had participated with larger sums merited to enter the Rebbe's private room, to personally hand the donation to the Rebbe shlit"a and to receive his holy blessings.
