With great joy, the members of our community take in the happy news that tonight the Airmont Planning Board approved and granted permission to our holy institutions in Monsey to build the first of three buildings on Cherry Lane, the new and magnificent "Bais Rachel building — the Neustadt building."

May the Creator of the world grant that this building be completed in full
