Mincha will be davened, followed by the recitation of Tehillim and the Thirteen Attributes of Mercy together with the multitude. The gathering will be opened by HaGaon HaTzaddik R' Naftali Hirtzka Zwebel shlit"a, Rosh Hakahal and Rav of Beis Medrash Berach Moshe. A rich address will be heard from HaGaon R' Shalom Shraga Paplanash shlit"a.
The message of the hour and the main address of the gathering will be delivered by Moreinu HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva shlit"a. With Hashem, "chizku v'nischazeka" will be heard from the Skolen Rebbe shlit"a.
