Last night, Motzei Shabbos, around 12:30, the Satmar Rebbe shlit"a arrived in Monsey at the home of the distinguished philanthropist R' Dovid Neustadt, who purchased the naming rights of the new, gigantic "Beis Rachel Building" of our holy mosdos in the city for the fantastic sum of "2 million" dollars.
Also present were the HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din and Rosh Mesivta of our kehilla in Monsey shlit"a and the HaGaon HaTzaddik, Av Beis Din of Salka, Monsey shlit"a. HaRav R' Dovid Shlomo Laub, a maggid shiur in our kehilla in Monsey, spoke, as did the distinguished benefactor, who expressed his heartfelt emotions at the tremendous merit he had acquired in purchasing such a great zechus that will accompany him forever. The Rebbe then delivered holy words and bestowed his holy blessings upon the distinguished benefactor and his family, and highlighted their acts of tzedakah and chesed in general, and especially for bikur cholim. Afterward, the Rebbe looked around the "Bikur Cholim" office with all its activities that go out from there, and bestowed very warm holy blessings.
