He began with the parable of the Kedushas Yom Tov zy"a, which our holy Rebbes zy"a were accustomed to repeat,
crying out: "Today is the last day, one can still approach the Creator now." Jewish children need salvations and cures; the needs of Your people Israel are many. "Now is the greatest and last opportunity," one can still plead now.

"..Jewish children plead to the Creator, 'Ana Hashem, hoshia na.' Holy Creator, we are pleading, 'Ana Hashem'; we beg the Creator, 'Hoshia na,' help, oh help Jewish children; the needs of Your people Israel are many.."

"..'Kasha alai pridaschem': it is very hard for Me, the Eternal One says, it is very hard for Me, your parting, that Jews cannot gather together; it pains Me.."
"Jewish children should be able to gather together, to gladden the great multitude on Simchas Torah, to fulfill the Hakafos with joy, the mitzvah dancing.."

"An individual cannot say 'Elokeinu' - 'Elokeinu' is said by a community. 'Hoshana l'ma'ancha Elokeinu,' that we should be able to say 'Elokeinu,' that we should be able to come to the beis medrash, that we should be able to daven.
A bitter decree: they want to lock up the batei medrash. Not only the shuls do they want to lock up, they want to lock up the talmud torahs for Jewish children.

"..Bereishis is the acronym of 'Ratzah Elokim Yismechu Yisroel B'yom Simchas Torah': this is the will of Hashem. 'Hoshana l'ma'ancha Elokeinu,' that we should be able to do the will of Hashem, that we should be able to gather together, that they should not disrupt the Yom Tov of Jewish children.."

Hoshana l'ma'ancha Elokeinu

"..The Torah is called Toras Emes. 'Only with the Torah can one break and overcome the Satan.' Let us take upon ourselves to learn more, to toil more in the holy Torah.."
Hoshana l'ma'an amitecha

Hoshana l'ma'an bris'cha. "..May Hashem help Jewish children, and in the merit of the Torah, which is called a bris, that if someone is destined for punishment, he should get off lightly through the Torah.."

"..Jews are, relative to Hashem, like a wife to her husband. One of a husband's obligations to his wife is to feed her, therefore Hashem is obligated to provide abundant livelihood. Another of a husband's obligations to his wife is to heal her, therefore Hashem is obligated to send cures to all of Israel.."
