The Satmar Rebbe shlit"a now, during his holy address (approximate wording of his holy words):

"...The Magen Avraham wants to teach us here, when such a tragedy occurs - like today at the holy site of Meron - that it is the holy will of the Tanna Elokai Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai that we should push off the mourning before his simcha." ...And just as every year we rejoice in the simcha of the Tanna Elokai Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, therefore we cannot push off the simcha." ...And we do not ask any questions on the King whose ways are perfect... Since today is the yom hilula of the holy Tanna, "we must exert ourselves"; we must rejoice in the simcha of the Tanna Elokai, which is a simcha in all the worlds..."
The Rebbe is now continuing with words of inspiration and arousal.
