After davening, the many guests who had stayed for Shabbos B'tzeil HaKodesh went over to bid farewell. Afterward the Rebbe walked home to his holy residence, and a conversation developed about various customs regarding the recital of the Haftorah.

The Rebbe entered for Mincha at around 8:55. Baal Tefilla: the bochur Avrohom Shaul Moskowitz, son of Dovid Chaim (Kiryas Joel). Between Mincha and Maariv the Rebbe was engaged in his learning. At the time of Rabbeinu Tam, around 9:30, Maariv was davened. Baal Tefilla: R' Aharon Krausz, son of R' Dovid Leib (Kiryas Joel).
