The Rebbe entered for Shacharis at around 8:45.
- Baal tefillah: the Chaver Beis Din, HaGaon Rabbi, Rav of the Yismach Moshe beis medrash shlit"a.
- Opening: R' Aharon Hersh Mittelman (Boro Park).
- Baal korei: the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Rosh Chochma shlit"a.
- Kohen: R' Yeshaya Yitzchak Rubin (Williamsburg).
- Levi: R' Nachman Dov Heller (Williamsburg).
- Shlishi: the Rebbe shlit"a - it was purchased by R' Mordechai Shabsai Shiman (Boro Park), and the Rebbe thanked him.
- Hagbah: the Gaon, Av Beis Din of Rosh Chochma shlit"a.
- Gelilah: the bochur Eli son of Yaakov Farkash (Kiryas Joel).

After davening, the Rebbe walked home to his holy residence, and on the way a conversation developed about the customs of pidyon haben.

The Rebbe entered for Mincha at around 9:10. Between Mincha and Maariv, the Rebbe engaged in his learning. At the time of Rabbeinu Tam, Maariv was davened.
