The Rebbe entered for Shacharis at around 8:45.
- Baal tefillah: the Chaver Beis Din, HaGaon Rabbi, Rav of the Yismach Moshe beis medrash shlit"a.
After davening, the Rebbe walked home to his holy residence, and on the way a conversation developed about the holy R' Shlomo of Karlin zy"a, whose yahrzeit it was.

The Rebbe entered for Mincha at around 9:10. Between Mincha and Maariv, the Rebbe engaged in his learning. At the time of Rabbeinu Tam, Maariv was davened; the Rebbe lit candles and went up to the amud on the occasion of the yahrzeit of his mother, the Rebbetzin, the righteous woman a"h.
